I hired Niel and his associates to represent me in a FINRA arbitration against an $8 trillion dollar investment firm that accused me of breaking my non-solicit agreement after I was terminated. After a year and a half of preparation, we entered into a 3 week arbitration last summer. The panel found no wrongdoing on my part and denied all claims in there entirety.
