Kyle Johnson
Kyle Johnson, the other named partner of Prosser & Johnson Law, has been working alongside Niel Prosser since 2016. Growing up just outside of Memphis, Kyle went on to graduate Cum Laude from Christian Brothers University with a degree in Business where he was the Captain of the Men’s Golf team for both his junior and senior year. During his senior season, he was voted to the Gulf South Conference All-Academic Team for his success in the classroom and on the golf course. Kyle went on to earn his J.D. from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2017. During law school, Kyle worked to redevelop the Sports & Entertainment Law Society in addition to being a member of Phi Alpha Beta. Kyle also earned the CALI award (highest grade) for International Business Transactions. After nearly 30 years in Memphis, Kyle moved to Denver, Colorado and spends his spare time outdoors exploring the Rocky Mountains, working out at his favorite local gym (Alchemy 365) and playing golf.
Kyle is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Colorado state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Tennessee as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Kyle is a member of both the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. For the Colorado Bar Association, Kyle serves on the Executive Council for the Litigation Section – which advocates for the interests of trial lawyers across the state.
